Manpower asked us to create a series of films to increase the success rate of their call centre training program which takes place at their customer service headquarters in Southend .

The film is shown to applicants interested in working at the call centre during the early stages of the recruitment process and it has
successfully reduced the drop out rate of new candidates taking part in the training program. This has saved RBS many thousands of pounds of previously waisted investment in it's workforce. The film is making a huge difference to the training program's success.
